Water Damage – Teaneck Office Building

Water damage at this Teaneck commercial office building was the result of a sprinkler system malfunction. SERVPRO was called by building management for emergency water cleanup. We extracted the water with trailer mounted commercial extraction equipment using proven SERVPRO procedures. High-tech moisture detection equipment was employed to locate hidden moisture accumulation. We found moisture behind the drywall and in the subflooring under the carpeting. The photo shows that we pulled away the carpeting and cut sections of drywall away to allow drying equipment to reach the hidden pockets of moisture.
